Document Submission
Submit your documents by selecting “Submit Files”. Note that the Order of Termination must have a seal affixed, and that the Information Form must be completed with your information — SE Filing is not the requestor.
Deposit
$340 must be paid by e-Transfer to contact@sefiling.com by the time of filing to cover the sheriff’s fees. Actual sheriff costs will be between $315 and $340 depending on the officer’s mileage. You will be credited for any remaining deposit amount, which will be deducted from your final bill.
Filing
One of our agents will print your documents, bring them to the sheriff’s office, and get them filed. After successful filing, our agent will receive your Eviction Instructions and a receipt for your sheriff filing.
Communication
After completion of payment of our invoice, confirmation of filed eviction will be sent to your email. You are responsible to contact the sheriff’s office in accordance with sheriff’s instructions.
Invoicing
You will receive an invoice including our service fee for the unit’s Enforcement region. Enforcement officer mileage fees will be reduced from this bill.
